This is my 3rd year living at the Tea Garden Suites, and it’s a great place to live. It’s a quick walk to campus and the laundromat is right around the corner. Wildberries and Safeway aren’t that far away either. Barb, the property manager, is really cool and definitely tries her best to keep everyone happy and the property well managed.

They were unprofessional, didn't return our call to check the application's status, and made me fill out a cosign paper for my son only to ignore it and say his income wasn't three times the rent after they left us hanging for days. We fear it is because he is Native American and has some piercings and tattoos. He has a clean police record, excellent renter credit for 15 years and a cosigner. A bad and and hurtful experience for us both at an already difficult time.

Rebecca was very helpful and welcoming of me to the area and the property. She was very communicative from the get go before I even arrived in town and she answered all my questions. She even was kind and able to take time out of her schedule to meet me on an off day to get me to sign my lease and provide me with my keys after I road tripped across country to get here.

Moser properties made my move comfortable and easy. No hassel signing the lease quick and easy, Barb : My representative was great. Rooms are spacious & untilities included. Very close to everything you could ask for and the bus station is right around the corner! Not a bad look if your looking for an in!

10/10 barb is the most caring and eager to help human iv ever met, absolutely amazing, im 17 and moving to humbolt from TX so along ways away, but housing was no issue at all thanks to barb

SENT MY SON TO HUMBOLDT UNIVERSITY, AND TO BE QUITE HONEST I WAS A BIT NERVOUS. BARBARA AT MOSER WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF GETTING HIS LIVING SITUATION TAKEN CARE OF. VERY EASY TO TALK TOO, SHE EVEN SAID SHE'D KEEP AN EYE ON HIM I NEEDED HER TOO.. THANK FOR AT LEAST MAKING THE HOUSING PART OF HIS COLLEGE CAREER A NO BRAINER!!

Even though this pandemic is happening the staff has been always helpful and fast with repairs...about a month or two ago my water heater went out in the apartment I was in and it was replaced that day.
