Seth and Greg are amazing landlords! Very attentive and usually will resolve any problems you have regardless what they are! Beautiful vintage apartments and a reasonable affordable price! They also give you a 5 day grace period with your rent payments which I have used many times bc as well know life is very unpredictable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live! They also make paying your rent super easy through their app or in person which is really great!

Greg and Seth are awesome. They manage half the town, yet they are always attentive to whatever I need. I had the unfortunate problem of having to move away unexpectedly for work and break the lease, and they were extremely understanding and cooperative with me. Great people and great property!

I had a great experience with Morrison property management. I lived in Springfield for about 1.5 years while going to school with SIU medicine and my unit was the perfect fit for me. I believe the presentation of their units online is accurate, in addition to their pricing being very reasonable. The location of their units was ideal for being close to the hospitals. During my lease, if I had any maintenance issues, they were always quick to come and solve the solution. I even accidentally locked myself out twice and they were able to help me within an hour both times. The management feels very family/community oriented; I never felt as if all they cared about was the money. I highly recommend them to anyone moving to Springfield looking to rent!

I’ve had a frustrating experience with this company. Despite paying the $32 application fee and reaching out multiple times via email, text, and voicemail, I’ve received no follow-up regarding available properties. It feels like my time and money were wasted. Communication and follow-through could be greatly improved.

Poor experience with this group renting as a grad student with one roommate. While not the worst of the landlords in Springfield, don't expect to get your deposit back. I brought in friends to rent from them, poured love into the house I lived in, put up with rough neighbors, made sure the house was kept up, paid my rent every single month on time, and still lost half of my deposit to "repainting" fees. If you're in the position where you have to rent in Springfield, this group will address any building concerns you have in a timely manner such as broken windows or toilets, etc.(the only reason for an extra star). But as always, renting is renting and your deposit will be pocketed.

Honest, accommodating, and responsive. 3 things that you can only say for a small fraction of landlords. Even less so for companies.

They were willing to coordinate with me to vacate the property early without breaking my lease, and even offered a portion of my last month’s rent back once they had a new tenant.
