Review is for The Landings in Absecon, NJ, recently my husband job transfer us to another county, we lived at The Landings over 5 years, it was a nice place to live. Maintenance Staff is the best., Especially Papa Joe as we called him. He knows a lot and always willing to help, his team is great to.. Leasing office Kelli and Michelle are wonderful, always listening to what you need and fixing the issue immediately. Great bunch and will be missed. Thank you guys for everything ❤, We wish you all the best. God Bless.

I want to review leasing agent, Joseph Garofolo @ Lakeview Terrace/Eatoncrest. I've lived at Lakeview Terrace for over 3yrs. Joe was the first employee of Morgan Properties that I met. Since meeting him, he's made my experience at Lakeview great! Any time I have an issue or just a question, Joe is always there for me and ALWAYS helps. He's gone above and beyond, in my opinion, on many issues I've had, i.e. bad roommate, getting rid of bad roommate, late fees by old roommate, applying for assistance, etc. I could go on and on listing the many ways he's been there for me as a resident of Lakeview Terrace. Don't think he's a pushover...NOT AT ALL … he doesn't stand for any BS. If you're sincere and honest, he will do whatever he can do to help you. Joe Garofolo is a huge asset to the Morgan Property team.

Stay away. Only if your desperate for an apartment and even then, you're going to pay way too much for a 1 bedroom.
