After 4 years…I moved out of ...Mayra, the manager has a horrible way of communicating with residents. I noticed this day one. I've complained to Topaz Assessment about her behavior. Cecilia, the Assistant Manager is very sweet and helpful. Yanet, the Leasing Agent is as well. Regional Manager Sloan cares nothing about the concerns of complaining tenants which told me what I needed in order to move out. There are different apartments available (with and without upgrades). I don't know how those without look inside so I cannot speak to that. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. The toilets could stand to be updated and the cabinets, too. The flooring comes up too easily and they would be better off with ceramic tiles or something. Because I stay on the 3rd floor, I can't complain about noise. Maintenance is sometimes behind on work orders. Middle school children go to the gazebo by the bark park and sneak smoking weed, the gates do not work properly for entrance and exit, Too much trash all over, and there is no reason for a concierge service for trash is ridiculous. Too much through traffic when kids are out. Not enough poop areas for dog owners. A few raggedy speed bumps and potholes and BAD COCKROACH PROBLEM. Pest control doesn't come regularly, so I had to invest in my own Advion Cockroach Insecticide Gel Bait & Cockroach Traps. They do a good job but the bugs are heavily infested it to the point of calling the city. If certain things were properly cared for then this would be a amazing place to live. Sure, moving is a quick solution for me but that problem will not go away no matter how clean you are. Do not let the empty, nicely decorated units be your guide, you’ll be tricked. Find a place that’s not showing pictures of roaches, because they will be there until you decide to move out. I MOVED OUT AS SOON AS I COULD NOV 2023.

Javier is the number one maintenance guy in this apartment…I mean this guy come the guy “come in the same day after you summited your problem to the apartment website for repairs…whatever you summits get fixed by “Javier” the same day… best on time management for fixing stuffs here…but first I have to thanks Javier the maintenance guy because without him nothing would be done the same day here. Thanks to his hard working.

I am Aristides from Apt 1208 and today I had a repair visit at the unit and I was satisfied with the maintenance work that Javier did in my apartment. Good job and he was very friendly and his work is excellent.

I a resident here and Definitely not an apartment you would need to select if you want friendly staffs. They tow my vehicle and make me pay for the towing services.

I've been living here since 2009 and I love it. All the montoro staff have bent over backwards to help me in many ways. I love and respect them for helping this old woman. I will be here a mighty long time. Come and check it out. They are good people .

Horrible apartments to live in, likely why they are the cheapest in the area. Roaches everywhere. Parking here is horrendous, they allow one family two covered parking spots and allow them to park three vans in non covered areas, but seem to never have any openings for covered parking for anyone else. Apart from that good luck finding parking. Do not move here! At all costs anywhere else is better than here
