On the sale of our home, Brendon went above and beyond and used all the latest and greatest tools and marketing to get our home sold fast. And on the purchase of our new home, we did not feel pressured at all to buy. We have worked with other realtors, and have definitely felt that they had interest in us buying so that they could get the sale, and with Brendon, I did not feel that way. In fact, we had two homes that fell through, and a lot of time spent looking at homes. Brendon always had our best interest at heart, and wanted us to find the right home, which we did. We are so very grateful and happy we worked with Brendon and the Montierth Team! There are so many realtors, but he is by far the best choice. He stands out above the rest.

Brendon and the team are absolutely amazing. He was in constant contact with us, updating us always on the goings on and comments from showings! Our house was vacant and Brendon was so quick in getting pictures up, posting the listing, and even getting showings the day it went live.
Brendon has sold both mine and my parent’s house and is the only realtor they have used more than once, which is high praise! Brendon is very honest about expectations, price-wise and timeline wise for selling a home; No sugarcoating here! In today’s market, that’s huge. He got us over-asking for our house, almost unheard of in today’s market!!
I can’t say enough about this team and how wonderful they are. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area, extremely friendly, and all-around the BEST selling experience me and my military husband have ever had!

Brendon Montierth and The Montierth Team are by far the most professional and proficient relators I have worked with. Brendon actually listens to both husband and wife of the transaction (wife here), and tries very hard to appease both sides, which is never an easy task! Brendon would check in with us frequently throughout the sale and purchase of our home, make sure we were confident with our purchase decision of the new home, happy with the sale price of the old home, and all the million steps in between. Great job to them!!!
