When I received my first call which came from Bennie Holcey. The call was very professional and he was honest with me about buying my property and was always involved. On that day I felt that God had answered my prayers.Bennie and I had a lot of phone conversations sometimes three to four calls per day. Before signing the contract I was a bit hesitant. However Bennie gave me his word and even though it took longer than I expected Bennie had other options for me to help me out. Even though I declined the offer I knew things would work out best for everyone because I was always informed with information concerning the sale. Any questions or concerns I had I would call Bennie and he would professionally answer or give advice on what to do.Life for everybody is hard in today’s times and we all have to put the shoe on the other foot sometimes.I say that to say this, BE PATIENT AND WAIT ON THE LORD.PRAY AND ALLOW GOD TO DO HIS WILL. I attempted a sale through Montgomery Property Solutions (AL) and it was a nightmare. They failed to bring the property to closing three times and threatened to put a lien on my property. They did not, I suspect because legally they could not as they were the ones who failed to close. They were deceitful on their original contract ( they called it a Novations contract) I thought I was selling directly to them but found out when they attempted to close 2 days after our contract had already expired, the contract presented was between me and the third party, not me and Montgomery Properties so it was not what we discussed. I told them if they presented a clean contract representing what we discussed, I would sign it. They did but let it expire since they could not get financing to purchase it. They asked for an extension and that expired too. They put an "affidavit" saying they have financial interest on my property as a "buyer beware". Don't know what that means but nay need to pursue legal action if it means anything at all. Realize they are not licensed real estate agents, just marketers. I recommend going directly to a licensed real estate agent. What I went through appears to be very shady!

Tomorrow is the last day to close according to contract and I have had no communication despite several efforts on my behalf. I have a feeling they are giving me the run around and trying unsuccessfully to assign the purchase to another buyer. I fully expect them to walk away and leave me hanging with no earnest money. This is my last ditch effort to get some communication from them since they seem to respond to google reviews. Earnest money is too low for me to pursue legal action would be a waste of my time. Save yourself the angst and just list your home with a realtor or sell to a more reputable local investor.
