Kyle was communicative and responsive to any inquires. All applicable condo access info was delivered in a timely and easy to understand manner. Unfortunately, there was an inconvenient, last minute "snafu" with one of the features within the condo but it was handled professionally and satisfactorily. I will definitely contact Monterey Bay Property Management for any real estate needs in the future!

The few questions that we had were answered promptly. Entry and access all worked easily as explained in the instructions. Staff checked to make sure we had everything we needed (we did). There were no problems, the house was immaculate and everything in perfect working order. We definitely will go to Monterey Bay Property Management again.

Our family has rented with Monterey Bay Property Management for 6 or 7 years. Michelle and others are consistently pleasant, informative and responsive. Although only needed twice in those years, maintenance was helpful in assisting with rebooting internet access and on a different occasion to clean the dryer vent when requested. This property management provider is far superior to other vacation rental services!
