My advice is don't call her for anything we have called this woman about her listings she doesn't answer her phone she won't answer questions about her listings and hostile rude and mean she told us if you want info about her listing to call a buyer agent and let them get the info about property. She has a property we were interested in and listing said it might need construction loan but doesn't tell you what's wrong with it she said get a buyer agent to pull engineering report to find out. Her answer was I'm not going to take responsibility for interpreting the engineer's report this is evasive and not helping the seller get rid of property and they way she says it is with attitude rude inconsiderate and mean I've seen junk yard dogs with more manners. She isn't doing a good service for the client. One other time I called about a listing for about a week finally texted her about not serving her clients interest to sell property and she said I don't have to talk to you get a buyer agent if you want info . My conclusion is don't go to her to list your property with her she would not be in your best interest and if your a buyer trying to get info don't bother she most likely won't talk to you or give you I fo about property anyway and my experience with people like that if something is wrong she most likely wouldn't tell you anyway
