1- She lost the keys to my home
2- Her handyman leaked oil on my driveway
3- She let a group of 6 people in my house who she claimed "They look like they just got off the Pirates of the Caribbean ship." She said she was nervous and that I should call the cops later to check on my home.
Yet she didn't leave any lights on which has ALWAYS been done. The day she arrived at my home, lights were on due to me being there the night prior. I asked her to go back and leave lights on , and she would not answer her phone or text. I begged her to answer and meet a friend to get the new key from her because she had to re-key all of my doors after losing my key. She would not respond at all.
When she did respond mid-morning the next day, she said she was so tired from standing and walking up and down my stairs a few times that she fell asleep. It was 5:30 in the evening. There are 2 chairs left in my home, and if she's been a realtor for over 10 years , showing a house for 30 min. should not make someone this exhausted.
Then, when I inquired about a potential renter who's wife wanted to see my home, she stated, "I haven't spoken to him, I will check when I get settled in my office." This was after 10 a.m . She never contacted him. She never got back to me. I asked her to bring me my new house keys, because my husband was uncomfortable after her losing the 1st set. She dropped them off at my job, nothing else was said that day, and she removed my listing from Zillow without any corresponding messages.
She is unprofessional and disregards any concern for the safety of my home after expressing in her own words. "I FEEL THIS IS A SERIOUS SITUATION AND YOU SHOULD HAVE THE POLICE DRIVE BY LATER!"

You just cannot find a better rental property manager than Jennifer. She is thorough, efficient, polite, prompt and effective.

We used her to manage a single family rental in Fontana CA and the experience was seamless.

If only all business dealings were this good!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this management company.
I wouldn’t even call it a company actually.
Just one lady named Jennifer that I’m assuming owns it.
Took all of my personal information, met with me in person for an apartment that I was interested in and then kept making excuses of why I hadn’t been accepted yet.
She has now completely stopped answering my phone calls and voicemails.
Don’t know how you stay in business by treating people like this. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
I hope you can find a way to be a better person Jennifer.
At 50+ years old I would assume that you’d be a bit more respectful by now..

Never been to the location, but I have been using them for about 7 months for my Nail Salon. K8 Nail Salon. I haven't had issues so far. Hopefully we will continue to have a good relationship.
