We recently sold our Beverly home with Molloy and Associates. Bernadette Molloy was our listing agent, and we can’t sing her praises loud enough. We were very worried about our ability to sell our house as our neighbors had had a difficult time with their house on the market for over a year. Turning to Bernadette was the best decision we made. She worked collaboratively with us every step of the way. She and her colleagues toured our home on multiple occasions to give us advice about repairs and what needed to be spruced up. Her contacts with neighborhood workmen proved invaluable in getting needed work accomplished quickly. In addition, Sue O’Neill, who works out of Bernadette’s office, provided us with assistance in disposing of unwanted furniture and other household items. Bernadette included us in multiple discussions to set the selling price appropriately, providing us with multiple comps and discussing the pros and cons of various price points. And after we received an offer within a few days of putting the house on the market, she held our hands through the various negotiations that followed, making multiple calls on our behalf to the buyer’s agent and to the attorneys and lenders involved.
