Modern Community was very helpful with my listing with Whisper Lane complex. I had a listing in there, and Simon Sparsh, the property manager, was invaluable every time I contacted him by phone and email. He was very responsive and got back to me immediately. For many years we tried to manage our 16 unit HOA ourselves and had difficult personalities to deal with. It was to the point my husband felt he needed to walk me to my car for my protection. There was little is savings and the building needed massive work. I had a difficult time finding a management company with any positive reviews. Then I found Modern Community Management. By the time I called them I was in tears. From everything they told me it seemed too good to be true. We had them take over everything and it has been such a relief. True a couple of difficult troublemakers moved out, but MCM has been a great help with letting us know how to deal with many situations that have come up. They get back to us very quickly. They take care of all necessary paperwork. We have money in the bank and our building looks great! Everyone at MCM is very professional. I rarely recommend services to people, but I highly recommend Modern Community!

Modern Community Management and their managers Justine and Alex have been very helpful and easy to work with. Vendor management, communication, payments of bills and paperwork has been all satisfactory. While the HOA manages many day to day tasks for our property, Modern has provided much needed relief to us in being able to do that without worrying about many essential aspects.

It started off well . . .
When we were looking for a new management company, we found Modern and Frank, the salesperson was incredibly responsive and helpful and professional. Then we signed our contract and everything changed. We were essentially love bombed. Since then, they have been extremely non responsive, even with time sensitive issues. They don't respond to emails or phone calls and it's been very concerning.

I have only good things to say about Modern Community Management, they are always responsive and helpful. I own and have owned other properties and while all management companies take care of the board, not all are very responsive to owners much less tenants. Modern community takes care of all constituents. I'm not on the board but from my perspective the building is well managed.
