"I bought a mobile home through the Mobile Home Connection. My agent was Keri Carter. In my experience, Keri worked harder for me than ANY other real estate agent ever has. She worked tirelessly to get me into just the right home situation.
Keri is very experienced and one of the best real estate negotiators I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She got me $20K off the price, with almost everything fixed by the seller! A home that may have been out of my reach financially became affordable because of her efforts.
Keri never drops the ball or forgets any detail and her work ethic is solid. If I could give a zero, no star I would. First off I worn all potential customers they’re not realtors their sales agents. I had three sale agents named Sarah when I was supposed to have one sales agent named Sarah each Sarah made appointments to show my house. I got the house ready and no one showed up. Didn’t receive any courtesy calls that they canceled or they’re not coming. When I called the next day to find out what happened why didn’t they let me know that they weren’t coming. Each Sarah blamed each other. Mind you every potential buyer actually showed up to see the house was made by myself not through the agency. Every potential buyer through the agency never showed, and they always had excuses that the buyer backed out or the buyer changed their mind. I believe they took a vantage of me and charge me 6% as their commission when generally actual realtors take 2 to 3%. Why am I paying 6% for sales agents are not realtors? So a few are thinking about selling your manufactured home don’t go to this company because they’re not realtors their sales agents. I reviewed them and did my own investigation. Come to find out they actually had a lot of complaints from their customers that their house is out in the market too long when he said potential buyers never return their calls even return your calls. It always got the “runaround’s.”. and after their customers houses stood on the market for period of time they made a low offer to buy them the house themselves. So they can mark it up and sell it at a higher amount for themselves. So you’re better off going to an actual realtor there is realtors out there that will help you with your house even though it’s a manufactured home. I found one..
