1 star only to leave a review. BEWARE!! This company will steal your money and act like it's your fault. Applied for a rental and paid application fees. So far, so good. While speaking to the office, never was I formed about things being a rush deal. In fact, they seemed exactly the opposite. Here's the catch: I was never informed this was a race! Yes, it's a race to see who gets all the information to MMC the fastest. All who apply for said property race to get all required info turned in. The winner takes house. It's not my fault. My apartment office were dragging their feet. To know this would have been nice. Their response was well we will put you in another house, but in another town. No, or I would have searched for a house in that town. No refund policy, so they get rich at $100 a pop! Very disrespectful and greedy company that conducts bad business!!

Lies! I was never informed it was a race. I was also told the apartment place was not responding only after several days had gone by, and I reached out to MMC. I stand by my facts, and the fact that it is a race!! I just used a different company, and once I paid my application fees for the house I was applying for, it was put on hold for. No deposit, just a good way to run a business! Thanks for taking mine, and I'm sure many others' money.

I will admit initially I was concerned about the reviews BUT having a lengthy background in property management, reviews only display what the previous tenant want the public eye to see in most cases. But I have lived in this rental home for almost a year. Keith is the most prompt and friendly maintenance tech ever. He's quiet hilarious. Anytime I had an issue that fell within the terms of my lease it has been handled. Hunter has always been professional and matter of fact..maybe not always what I wanted to hear but he is fair and professional. The ladies that answers the phone are always pleasant. I love my rental home.

Don’t be mistaken by the negative reviews. I relocated from OH. The staff was great! Answered all of my questions or concerns. The application process was a breeze. My transition was seamless. The home was clean and ready for me to move in. I love it here! I had a heating issue and received a quick response and repairs were completed without any interruption.

I rented from MMC for a year before leaving Middle Tennessee. Initially, I had some reservations due to their less than stellar Google review score. However, I must say that my experience as a renter was excellent.

The office staff at MMC was always pleasant to interact with. The application process was easy, and the payment portal they provided was simple and user-friendly. Whenever I submitted a service request, it was promptly addressed and resolved within a day or two. Additionally, my apartment was priced fairly, and I received my full security deposit back.

If you are a conscientious renter, you won't encounter any issues with MMC.

When i first started looking for properties i was concerned about the ratings of this company, but after reading the reviews i cautiously rented this place. The apartment i rented was in good shape, not perfect but nothing was broken. The repairs i needed were always done quickly, and the staff that came to do them was always super friendly.

I was very nervous on my checkout, i had two dogs, but took good care of the place and took extra time to make sure i went through the property and checked off all the things they had asked on my checkout list. I broke my lease early, and although they didn’t remind me that i would lose my deposit it was written in the lease as they had said.that was the only thing i wish could have been different. Otherwise, the checkout was a breeze and the manager was super friendly on the checkout. As my wife and i have started looking at a new place for our family, i am once again considering Mmc. don’t be alarmed by the negative comments of people who didn’t follow their lease agreement. The company is super easy to work with as long as you keep them informed and follow their rules.

My neighbors were great, the neighborhood was decent, property kept extremely well.

As a tenant, I have NEVER had a single issue with this company. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue (which isn't often) they always come out almost immediately. Their maintenance men are very professional and always here in a timely manor. The front desk staff has always been great at answering any of my questions or needs and they are extremely polite. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to rent front them.

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I once lived at Northfield Commons and was a victim of a peeping Tom then a break in. I lived on the first floor with my young child. I was never late on my rent so I was hoping they could work with me to move to a second floor apartment. The leasing office could not do it so I went to MMC Properties to see if they could work with me. Despite having photos and police record of both incidences, they were unempathetic. They wanted me to submit another application and prove that I made 2.5 times the rent. When I first moved in I was working. However, I am a disabled veteran and a full student, so my income fluctuates but it was always enough to pay the rent and utilities. My sources of income was not good enough for them despite never being late on rent. They then treated me like a peasant then refused to help me. What I took from this experience is that these people do not care about single parents, families, disabled veterans, or the safety of their tenants. They only care about MONEY.

Additionally, do not act like I'm lying you don't even know who I am. My name has changed since I lived there. So be careful about leaving an ignorant reply to this because YOU can't stand being called out.
