My husband at the time was very picky about what he wanted in a lake house. She would listen to his requirements and showed us many great homes. She is very knowledgeable of the area. One day, she knew the home that was for us when it came on the market and she was right. We trusted her and toured it that day. Because of Rachel and her realtor knowledge, we were able to be one of the first bidders and got our lake house dream home.
My now-ex called her countless times with questions and he still does looking for new lake property.
