I have been renting with Mission Real State for about a year now. Every single time I had had an issue or request, it has been dealt with promptly and with ease. Securing housing can be an incredibly frustrating thing to do, and I’m quite happy that this rental company has made my life easier. I definitely will continue to rent with them and will recomend to others. As a younger person, I find the online tenant portal to be incredibly useful as well.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

The site manager is very irresponsible. At time of applying I had to constantly check up after a week of not hearing back, when accepted my move in time was delayed and again I had no check up, I had to call in myself to see what was going on with my move in date. When moved in I was supposed to get my mail and laundry key the day after signing my lease yet a week later I still had nothing. When messaging the site manager about this I got the same response of “I’ll make copies tomorrow.” (Third time hearing this)
I asked my neighbor for the key to the laundry room and to my surprise when I told her of how long I’ve been waiting she said she has been in the same boat for several other issues where the site manager was laggy with responses. Last but not least the washers themselves are terribly small, outdated, and 1 of the 2 doesn’t even work.
Horrible experience.
Just RENT ELSEWHERE..

I am a new tenant and this is just the perfect little appartment for me and my little one! Alyssa welcomed us with open arms which made me very excited to move in, my neighbors are very nice and quiet, although i have had much interaction with them yet . The facility is very nice and clean .Its a 2min walk from some fast food restaurants,a grocery store , and a pharmacy which is perfect incase i need to run and get things for my little one! Very happy to be a mission real estate tenant & making this my first home!

Disapointed, I've been renting an apartment for a year and half the mailbox was broken I send many many email they took them a year to fix it, plus they blamed me for not communicating with them for a while so they thought it was fix, and manager told me if I didn't like it I could move to another place When they fix it I had to ask for my key and go to the office or wouldnt have my mailbox until today, when I first got here they did an inspection on the second room one of the outlets it's loose so when someone touch it lights goes off on both of the rooms maintenance was here and said he have to fix it until today still the same I have made NO request but it's dangerous for mi two kids, carpets are old if you are barefoot can feel the nails on the edges, roaches come inside the apartment from the sewer. HATE IT. manager doesn't care at all. I talked to some of my neighbors they said it was great until they change managment.
