I am extremely please with Mission Center Properties. From the initial showing of the property, application process, approval, utilities set-up, home inspection, all of it was extremely easy. Everyone knows renting a new place can be very stressful, Mission Center Properties was a breath of fresh air. I am very happy to have found them and the property I settled on. Kudos to their website, and ease of use along with the helpful links they provide for transferring utilities and setting up my internet. I went an saw a property on a Saturday, sent in my application and by Monday I was signing my lease! A very special thank you to Jim, Wendy, and Lizbeth for being extremely helpful and friendly.

We moved in last summer, and Wendy was superb in helping us move in. She was efficient and communicative throughout the entire process and timely. Fast forward to today, unfortunately a pipe was leaking behind above our sink and the accumulated water damaged and broke our ceiling down. Once we put in the emergency request, Wendy once again was at the forefront of handling the request, and she's been nothing short of amazing here. I have been working with Jim , Wendy and the team for my rental properties for many years now. They are a great team who manage and take care my properties very well. They use excellent owners portal to provide everything I need as an owner. They also help me to keep very good talents who stay in the apartments for years and agree with reasonable rent increases.
