This theater is dirty. The bathrooms are deplorable.
The seats are comfortable. Popcorn is good.
Usually find employee's playing on their phones, or sitting at tables in lobby visiting. Not sure why though? Down time, bored? Could be cleaning.

No offense but how does mill creek stay in business? It’s so filthy, from the theatre rooms to the bathrooms. Staff are generally rude and today they purposefully lowered the volume of the movie so I could barely hear it. I am never going back there. After I spoke with staff about the volume I was told they would turn up a little and she rolled her eyes at me. Spoke to me like I was a child for asking. I’ve always looked past the fact that there bathrooms smell like a pee pee party but now really no reason to ever come back. Don’t forget are your money. Go to the minor or the big ne broadway. This place is gross

Filthy. There was garbage in the theater leftover from previous showings and the restroom was in pretty bad shape. I'm glad I didn't get popcorn because I wouldn't trust their food service equipment to be clean after seeing the rest of the place. There's no excuse for a movie theater to be this dirty - the management must have pretty low standards. My seat was awfully uncomfortable, I could barely sit through the entire movie. If you want a high quality moviegoing experience, go elsewhere.

Pretty decent movie theater, very basic but we'll kept. Wish they have more selections of foods not just popcorn and nachos.

The best theater in the area. I almost always get a numb leg from sitting too long, these seats are comfortable. The theaters themselves are on the small size, more intimate. The seats are staggered in elevation well, if someone tall sits in front of you, you can still see. The arm rests fold up if you want to have more room or cuddle a little. It could be a little warmer, but it's not uncomfortable. The parking is tight but manageable.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The floor staff was exceptional. Especially the 3 handsome young gentleman that helped me. Everyone works so hard there and will give you their honest opinions on the movies showing. The managers are amazing here as well. I wish that corporate could help out this amazing staff with some of the issues that they face. The broken icee machine, the oven, and the lack of candy at times. If the people in charge of the company could help out this theater and take care of some of the issues this could be the best cinema in California.
