We have used Mike twice to help sell houses for parents. And are currently using him to hopefully find our dream home(we are so specific that this process has been years of searching for the right fit and he will still send us links if something comes up that may meet our needs).

When he sold a house for my Mom he was incredible. The amount of detail, clear and great communication and patience and care he showed her was ABOVE AND BEYOND. She gets very emotionally attached and could be difficult at times (to say it nicely) and he would still be so patient and understanding it made the experience a great one, when this could have easily been a disaster. He was able to sit with her and talk through some of the things that she was dealing with and made sure she had physical papers to sign (not all online because she is old school and likes to sign paper). He was able to read the situation and clients needs so well and for that we are very grateful. We could not have been happier. If I could give him a 20/10 for this sale I would!

When we sold a house for my Dad again he was BEYOND AMAZING. I was very pregnant with my third child and when things went wrong he stepped in and not only helped me but found contractors to fix the issues, scheduled the appointments and was there to let them in for the work! Which helped me so much, because I was having trouble keeping up! He was always clear and on top of all communication and again made this very stressful situation feel easy!

He goes above and beyond for his clients and ensures you have the best possible experience. He will always be my go to realtor and we always refer our friends and family to him!

I met Mike back in 2019 at an Open House he was viewing for an out of town client. So when we were considering selling a rural property, he took the time to come see it, work up a CMA and give us his honest and professional opinion.
