There’s two main reasons why I chose to work with Mike in purchasing a new condo for my family over anyone else local, competency and hard work. I want to be taken care of when it comes to making the most important purchase of my life. Working with Mike and Mindy has been very easy. If I didn’t like something they moved on. I have hired several realtors over the last 15 years and Mike Richardson is one at the top of the list! I never met one like him either! He pitches in on helping the seller get things ready like yard cleaning, hauling junk away, and even calling a plumber to fix a hot water heater in order to make things easy on the seller! I never saw that before in any of my previous realtors. He listens to what you want and is easy to get ahold of when needed. Better than I was a couple of times. He is a very good choice for selling your home.

Once we decided to go with Richardson Team Realty, their team hit the ground running. Their yard sign went up the same day, flyers were printed, social media posting was activated, and because of this we had our first offer within 3 days from a buyer.
