Mike Grant initially began as my realtor, but over time, he became a trusted friend. A year ago, I relocated to the Fort Payne area with the intention of renting to get a feel for the region. Unfortunately, rental options were scarce, prompting me to explore purchasing instead. Serendipitously, Mike was the listing agent for the first house I visited. His extensive knowledge of the area guided my search, and we explored five different places throughout the FPY region. Unexpectedly, a rental house became available, and I decided to take that option. Mike assured me that if I ever wanted to resume my search, I could give him a call. Fast forward one year, and I found myself looking again. Mike showed me a few properties, and the second one ultimately became my new home. I highly recommend Mike if you’re in need of a realtor.
