Mike Dunfee and Gabriela Jansen saved the day for me in 2024. I had everything against me high interest rates and a pending lawsuit against my condominium. It was a desert of low buyers and low sellers. After a couple of months with only a couple of showings, they found me the perfect buyer. It was a match made in heaven — the buyer loved my place and was willing to outbid the competition. Not knowing much about real estate Mike and Gabriela expertly guided me through the selling, escrow and closing process! THEN Gabriela and Gisele found me the PERFECT apartment, a great deal, and willing to do a 5 month lease! I highly recommend them!

Claudia is amazing… The best combination of professional and personable. She goes above and beyond on a regular basis as far as I can tell… She’s helped me and my family with several issues with our rental (sometimes on weekends or holidays).
