Horrible customer service and very disrespectful. At several points they lied and when I called them out about it and asked for an apology they told me “break your lease and move out if that’s how you feel”. They have a big reputation of saying they will do one thing and never follow through with their actions. They will try to gaslight you and make it seem like you’re the problem. If you live somewhere and MIG manages it good luck and keep all ya evidence together you are going to need it!

Anthony and the team are phenomenal! Having properties under their management has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. From being the frontline and navigating tenant situations, to an emergency response team when things need attention, I've been blessed to have their knowledge and expertise guide me. Big thanks to Anthony, Frank, Katie and Savannah for always having my best interest at heart and treating me and my investments like family. I would highly recommend this property management to friends and family even strangers the landlord Anthony is the Best, From the time I applied for my apartment having my tour to signing my lease to now being a three year resident under this property management, I had all great experiences he's a landlord that definitely make sure the property is up to date and well kept. Anything concerning your apartment he definitely makes sure it gets handle asap. Overall Anthony is very professional and cares about his tenants.

We are with MIG since 2017 and are very happy with their work. They get our apartments filled and manage the properties to our full satisfaction. They collect rents, deal with tenants and keep the properties and great shape. Anthony goes above and beyond and always has an eye out for our best interest.

MIG has exceeded expectations for our condo association. They do great work and respond promptly. Whenever there's an issue, Anthony and Katie make sure it's taken care of ASAP. To top it off, they're a great value.

Me and my roommate applied with MIG to rent the 3rd floor on the 191 New York ave, Newark and we got approved. We asked Katie couple days before we planned signing the lease if we could add a 3rd person on the contract, she said yes, all 3 adults will be on the lease, we also made sure to talk about it with Katie on the phone to confirm we could add a 3rd person on the leasing. We set up with our current landlord to give the keys back, since we were moving the next day to the apartment in Newark. We had everything set up to sign the contract with Antony and we where so happy about it. Couple hours before we sign the lease I received a call from Antony saying that I couldn't add a 3rd person on the contract, since I applied for 2 people. He said he contacted the landlord about it and he denied my application. All this one day before I had everything ready to move in. This is absolutely irresponsive and unprofessional, we have no place to go since we gave back the keys from our old house. Antony blamed me from what occurred and didn't even said sorry or tried to help us in any other way. I'm really really disappointed on how they treat humans beings at this place is.
