I would give them a negative 5 star review if I could, save yourself the trouble and NEVER rent from Midtown! They hardly ever fix anything and when they do it's only a temporary fix. They'll paint over mold covered walls and they never fixed the foundation of my house so the damn doors didn't even close all the way. The people that work there are rude as hell too.

This place makes you wait about 2 months before getting you into one of their properties but the wait was well worth it! They painted my house from top to bottom, they laid down all new floors throughout the entire house! Supplied me with brand new appliances,stove refrigerator and a brand new air conditioner!!!

If it was zero stars to measure, this realty company bought my place to stay and I paid the rent faithfully on time every month all the way up until they sold it I got a eviction letter take to my front door saying I did not pay rent from the new Realtors and they held my money order that I paid them earlier so that I can have my rent paid on time they did not give the money order to the realtors that they just sold the property to and I had to go and get my money order from them I wind up paying a late fee of $100 to the new Realtors because of this I wonder why I paid my before the first of the month. They gave me back my money order, but did not try to mail it back to me earlier or give it to the new Realtors that just brought the property. A real scam ?

Midtown Properties management is an absolute joke. If you have any problem whatsoever, go ahead and expect to wait weeks for the issue to get half done, not even fully completed. Also, if you have any emergency that isn’t M~F 9am-4pm anytime after that, you might as well just not have one because the number they provide for emergencies and after hours does absolutely nothing except to say “make a complaint on Monday”
They don’t clean the apartments before you move in or make sure there isn’t any issue beforehand. They also give out written notices to say you’re in violation of something and threaten to evict you before even giving a warning or having proof of said violation. There are no cameras on the properties. They have major favoritism when it comes to tenants being there longer and completely avoid things in their lease like non operative vehicles collecting mold in parking lots. Anytime you make a complaint, the immediate responses are “are you sure it was this ? We have never had a problem with them” or “we will have someone out there today” and then you have to call every single day for over a week for them to actually come by. Then when you have two doors , one being a screened in door and the other completely accessible, they tell you that they couldn’t get into the door even though there is an entire different door, and then threaten to up charge you for it even though They should have a key to come in. Midtown properties management does not care about what goes on as long as they can continue to upcharge things without notice and when you have an old building and something needs fixed don’t count on it because “ it’s an old property and what you need to fix this is almost 50 years old and would take forever to get “

Terrible Management, they lie, play dumb like they dont know whats going on with their properties, make exsuses blame people, I could go on and on, not enough room to share my entire story. Im sure there are other residents who all have the same complaints can't wait until I can move again. Would be nice if everyone could get together and complain, or just simply do not renew your lease and move.

DO NOT RENT from this company. First month I discovered RATS living at the property. I made a complaint and they told me it was my fault they were there because it wasn’t reported previously. Appliances were broken, half worked, and sinks were leaking. Was not able to terminate my lease without paying a ridiculous fee. Be cautious.

They will hound you DOWN for rent but won’t fix a damn thing in your unit! I’ve put in multiple maintenance requests and not a single one has been fulfilled. There is no emergency after hours phone number to call in cause of after hours emergencies, for example: our tub would NOT turn off at all one night , i called and text the number on the website just to get a answer then as soon as i asked was this Midtown Maintenance the person hung up and ignored me the ENTIRE WEEKEND.
The closet door in the second bedroom has been down for a ENTIRE YEAR, and we’ve complained multiple times just for it to STILL not be fixed. Don’t get me wrong i completely understand having to pay rent , but to pay rent and y’all can’t even send out maintenance for requests put in a whole damn year ago is CRAZY to me. The kicker was the maintenance man telling me they have 900+ properties and he is the ONLY maintaining person, WHERE IS THE RENT MONEY GOING TO?!! The units are moldy and they just paint right over it, but you can see it coming through the paint, especially in the bathroom. When i say i am beyond fed up with these people i mean just that !!!!

Walls chipping, door still not fixed from months ago, kitchen floor coming up, mold under the house, painted over mold, house is shifting, no ventilation and much more but gout a letter of rent increase and stuff still not done. Ga law states that they can do that and you still gotta pay rent but I didn’t think they would be cruel and messed up like this as human beings. Water bill already went up because they didn’t come do the water for 4 weeks while it was pouring out and we kept calling. I thought mccorlew was worse smh. Tried to give y’all a chance but y’all have failed!
