THIS IS THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Like many other people who left a review mentioned it's absolutely impossible to communicate with them. I've been having so many random problems with the manager & assistant manager. Communication is pretty much zero from their side but they are very quick to threaten with fines for no reason. The community pool hasn't been open for 3 years. Last year they opened it for 1 day without telling anyone from the community just so they can say it was open for the season. They raised the HOA even though they didn't open the pool and haven't done anything major or out of budget around the community. This year they sent out an email that the pool failed the inspection in July when it was suppose to open on Memorial Day Weekend. I am wondering why did the township inspection happen in July when the pool was suppose to open at the end of May?! If you know the pool is suppose to open at the end of May, you schedule that inspection for the beginning or latest mid May. That's what normal people would do but this company does everything backwards. Many many people from the community are very upset with them and we are currently collecting signatures against the management company preparing to take legal actions.

This company manage my apt building, the building itself is nice, but I do not see this management company/ association has any reason to exist as the family owners here seems to pay them quite a bit each year. 1) 1st couple of days of renting, my package was stolen ( and it seems to happen to other people as well) because the apt does not have designated area to drop package in door and the association are not responsible for this at all. 2) Once you have issues for repair/pest, the association can't do anything at all you are completely on your own. 3) If you want to throw large furniture, the associate makes you pay for the fee to have private company handle that, which is rare as I assume taking away trash is the least an association can do. 4) The administrative assistant often are not very quick responding to your questions, their phone always go to a call center to leave message, the email can be responded ranging from 1 day to several days, depending on their mood. 5) Administrative assistant Lyndasy Mcguire are also acting very rude & superior, unbelievable as these people are working hard and paying their wage. Overall, I live the place itself, but feel the association has no reason to exist and I do not see any reason paying these people.

This the worst property manager I have ever had to deal with. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. They have employees like Dennis D. write 5 star reviews on Google when in fact he is a property manager with the company. They collect nearly $500,000 in fees and spend over $5000 on light bulb replacement, $50K on snow removal, have 17000 cameras installed in 4 places to collect more fees.

If I could give a rating of less then 1 star that would be more accurate. No return phone calls no matter how many calls made to Julia. Threats to assess fees when you have no idea why. No response to my certified mail to them. Unreasonable rate increases in dues. The list of grievances against Midlantic due to their obvious disinterest and/or inability to manage responsibly and their non responsiveness to calls and letters is numerous​. Can't wait till their contact is up. I and many others in the community will campaign vigorously to oust them.

Not just horrible service but some of the most terrible people I've ever spoken to in my life. When I reported there have been gutters WITH TEN INCH NAILS laying all over the ground for A WEEK and it's dangerous for everyone but especially the children, they receptionist told me kids shouldn't play in the common area.
What? So they're only allowed to play and walk on the sidewalk? Dogs too? The nails are in the parking area too and on the sidewalks. So....what the **** is your point?

They've hung up on me and when I called back and a "manager" answered, she proceeded to call me a liar and told me no one in the office would hang up on me. And I tell you, she was insistent upon it. But all of a sudden turned her attitude around when I questioned her as a manager.

To get anything done with this property management is a joke. Absolutely horrible people and company as a whole.

And God forbid you're a tenant, forget it. Just don't even bother.

I bought a home and the service level is disappointing.
The approach towards customer service is not what I expected considering
the monthly fees I pay. I should be able to enjoy my new property without all the excuses and lack of enthusiasm from their management.

The pool is only opened for a short period of time during the year yet we are required to pay for the entire 12 months. That said, I expect the pool to be CLEAN and SAFE to swim in while the season is open.

I live in a community that is under the care of Midlantic Property Management. They are the most inefficient office I have ever had to deal with. The property manager lacks professionalism. It takes her forever to respond to a request or concern. She gets an attitude, and doesn't do her job very well. I pay HOA fees every month and the quality of work she does doesn't reflect on the cost of care from this office. I am baffled with the lack of efficient, responsible and trustworthy employees of this company. If I knew of this earlier, I probably wouldn't have moved into the community.
