Thank you for a job well done. The kitchen looks great!! I appreciate Aaron and all the workers who made it possible for me to get the new kitchen, you did an amazing job in a short amount of time. Also Tim who also was involved in making this happen. I am a long time renter and the new kitchen makes it much nicer. Also the attention to the small details!!! Can't thank you all enough!!!

I want to give some people that work for middle brook a big thank you. Everyone on matienece except for 1 person. I also want to give a big shout out to middlebrook grounds crew! You guys work hard on all types of weather to make our home look awesome! Joey, Michael, Luis, ashante, myson, and Tony go above and beyond to help residents with any issues related to ground work. Brandon a super went above and beyond today to fix our hallway light that has been out.

I’m writing this review for Brandon in Maintenance. I needed some work done in my apartment and he came on 7/3 to replace my closet/bedroom door, repaint my bathroom and replaced my toilet seat and shower guards. He did a phenomenal job and was very courteous. Great worker and service!

Brandon fixed our AC when we found out it was leaking water when it rained. He even followed up with us after a rainy day to make sure there was no leakage. Overall he was very helpful and we appreciate the work he did.
