Betty Brink and her team at Middle Tennessee Realty Group INC. are truly exceptional. I met them three years ago as we were searching for a rental home in the Murfreesboro area. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the area and the amount of properties they had available at the time. It was a no-brainer for us to work with them because of their knowledge, professionalism and great rental rates.
Betty Brink was ALWAYS available for any questions or concerns we had before and after we moved in to our new home. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn’t pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. they were straightforward in their dealings and always followed up with us still to the day.
Ms. Betty and her team are outstanding property managers and are always looking out for the renter. Beyond their expertise and professionalism, the team was amicable and kind throughout our home rental process.

Our experience with this company was awesome. They tended to our every need during our stay at a rented home. When we had a plumbing issue, a plumber was there before the end of the day. As we prepared to honor our contract when we bought a home, Middle Tennessee Realty Group worked diligently to find new tenants. Our only responsibility was to assure the home was cleaned and in no time, we were able to get it leased. I will recommend this group to others and will use them again. I would not recommend renting a house from this company, as this company is the reason I will never rent again. Yes, they are super nice at the beginning process, but they are not organized at all. I got multiple texts telling me we would have a late fee when I showed the draft being taken out of my account, we signed a 2 year lease and they almost upped our rent at year 1 all because they didn’t pay attention to their files. Very unhelpful and hard to get anything fixed, there were things that went months without getting fixed. We rented at 3230 Old McMinnville Highway and we have reports of mold being in the house but they denied it. Whenever it came for the end process, they told us not to paint - but we got charged 250$ FOR PAINTING TWO SPOTS. I asked for receipts of the work and they never provided, couldn’t get communication back but they had already sent our refund check without acknowledging our disputes. We were charged 75$ for mowing when we had just mowed, 150$ for cleaning (I spent 6 hours cleaning this house top to bottom) this charge was for a small spot in the fridge and a small spot in the oven I apparently missed. We got charged for the back door which was already broken when we moved in and noted in our move in paperwork. This company is penny pinchers and does not care if you were an almost perfect renter, they will squeeze as much money out of you as possible and I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN. I would give them 0 stars after our experience if I could.

There is a house for lease on Midland Christiana TN. I was told the owner didn't want to rent to me because the people I would support in the home has a Intellectual and developmental disabilities. It is sad. The people I support are good loving people and are always happy. They are still God's children. It hurts my heart. At the end of the day Our Father In Heaven will bless us with a NICE HOME.

I would definitely NOT recommend renting a house that is managed by this company. As many people have mention in other ratings, the ladies seem to be very polite and sweet. This was my first impression. After getting to know them a little better over the course of living in the house for 12 months, I came to the conclusion that it's almost like they are "too nice." Almost suspiciously nice. Thankfully, we lived across the road (7918 McMinnville Hwy.) from the actual owners of the house, who were fantastic landlords and did everything possible to repair issues with the house or replace broken items (these were things that were either not functioning when we moved in, or broke very soon thereafter, not because we trashed the house.) When we gave the realty group notice that we planned to move at the end of the 12 months, they immediately began scheduling house showings (understandable, you have to advertise for new renters) but WITHOUT notifying either us, or the owners of the house. I got a random call in the middle of the day one day notifying me that they would be showing the house in a couple of hours. No notice other than a couple of hours. I asked our landlady if she knew they were going to be advertising the house and showing it, and she even said that she had not been informed of this. Mind you, I had two children under 4 and a newborn baby at the time. I did my best to clean the house and we frankly went and walked in the back yard while they showed the house. Awkward, but there was nothing else I could do with such short notice. I worked for a solid week trying to get the house cleaned to their standards after we moved out (while juggling two toddlers and a newborn baby.) It was spotless, but they managed to find some small crumbs in the refrigerator (yes I had cleaned the fridge but apparently missed those few crumbs) and a spot on the bottom of the oven that I had actually scrubbed but just couldn't get out. Thankfully they didn't get an extension ladder and inspect the ceiling fan hanging from the vaulted ceiling in the living room. It would have been yet another another strike against my cleaning job, as I most definitely didn't clean it. We were so glad to be DONE with this company when we finally wrapped everything up. The landlords were awesome...but the realty company...was not.

I recommend anyone to use Middle Tennessee Realty Group for any of their real estate needs.
