In my opinion, Michelle Pais took advantage of my elderly parents during the Pandemic, when they were scared and felt rushed to sell. She ended up selling my childhood home below market value to a developer that she represented and had connections with. She then turned around and listed the house for more than double after rehab. She waited until it was too late for them to change their minds to get them to sign a dual agent disclosure agreement. Very unethical. I am editing this review due to the response from the co-owner below as I cannot respond to a response. Seeing Michelle recently on a reality TV show on flipping reminded me of this experience, so I felt moved to write a review. I am sure that Michelle is a fine realtor, but people should be aware that when a realtor is representing both buyer and seller, it is a conflict of interest. I attempted to call the cell # he provided and it did not appear to be a working number. I am happy to provide more details if needed. Anyone who looks up the property history of the house would clearly see what happened there.

Highly recommend the Michelle Pais Group. The selling of our childhood home that was in the family for 50 years was bittersweet. The easiest part of this process was working with this group. From the initial call placed to their office to our families first meeting with the team, we all knew we were making the right choice. We were impressed not only with the marketing of our home (the photos of the house were gorgeous and ones I will save to look back on) but also how quickly an offer came in. The customer service was even better than their marketing.
