It’s been a year since since we closed on our new house, it’s been 3 years since we sold the old one. My husband and I are the type of people to do stuff on our own and do it better, selling our house that we built in our bare hands, we left for Michael to lead. Oh wow!!! Who knew how many things can go differently than what we had planned…
Michael not only invested in professional marketing methods to promote the house, but also advised us on every step which did happen eventually exactly how he anticipated. Only experience and professionalism can explain how he predicted the next move. Same when he represented us in buying a house. It took us almost 2 years to find the perfect one, Michael didn’t give up on us, the opposite, he learned our needs and used his knowledge to direct us to the right place, navigating contingencies (I leaned this term from our process 🤷🏻‍♀️) and making sure everyone gets what they want and what they need. Michael is not the salesman to disappear after signing, he has no reason to. honesty, transparency and loyalty are the keys in his representation as well as the circle of colleagues and connections that make his work more comfortable to find the right fit for everyone.

Coming from a rental I didn’t have much experience in the home buying process.
