I am not impressed. When MGMT took over my buildings property management it was at the last minute and like three days before rent was due. I had already paid my rent to the previous property management company, I emailed and texted MGMT about the problem because I wanted a written record. MGMT never bothered getting back to me and I had to call multiple times to get the issue resolved. A couple of days ago I received a note on my door that everybody in the building now needs to remove their stored items in their parking spots. I have lived in this building for 12 1/2 years and the two storage bins I have in the front of my parking spot have been there the entire time. When I moved in, there was one resident that had a shelf in the front of their parking spot (that is still there to this day) and another resident that stored surfboards. MGMT took over and now this is apparently an issue, however, I believe the duration of my storage, and the fact that people were storing stuff when I moved in sets a legal precedent. Needless to say, it’s irritating.

They might be able to solve residential issues as stated in the reviews below, but they sure do not know how to solve commercial building issues. They don't even know what my building looks like or understand how to fix things. It is really hard to get through because they will always "pass the message along" or "call you back," but they never will. I had to send a letter before stating back-to-back issues and that was the only way that they fixed it. This time they just tell me they understand and that they will fix the issue, but nothing is being done. They need more effective communication and a better team that actually fixes things not just promises that they will.

RJ was really helpful when we had some issues with our furnace. He was on top of it and made us feel super comfortable. I was really grateful he was there to help and the problem was solved very quickly.

Also, shout out to Oscar for all his help with maintenance. He walked us through the issue and eased our minds. He's really amazing!!

Lost my 2nd job due to a business closure which made things tight and because I could only pay half of that months rent now they are refusing to replace a broken water heater that I've been experiencing issues with for almost two weeks. I recommend staying clear of the properties in North Hollywood. They are older buildings that requires continuous maintenance.
