Lived at 815 W Bradley Pl for 5 years. I had no issues. The rent was increased for the first time right as I was moving out, and it was only an increase of $30. As far as management and maintenance, I have no complaints. Aaron (management) was kind and responsive. Ahmed (maintenance) would respond to my maintenance requests within one business day. I felt that the value of the rent was great, especially for the location! The appliances were outdated but they worked. Also, the water pressure was amazing. There are some issues with package stealing and theft from the back porches in the last 2 years I lived there but that's more of a tenant problem than management's problem.

Although I am moving on to live with friends, I have greatly enjoyed my time renting with Metropolitan. The application process is quick and seamless, Aaron is incredibly responsive (I literally don't think I've ever waited more than 20 minutes for a response from him) and you can't beat the location and price. If you are new to the city and want a great rental experience, I highly recommend Metropolitan!

I cannot say enough great things about Metropolitan Rental Corporation! The location is amazing, but more importantly they take care of their tenants SO well. Aaron has been absolutely the best; quick replies, prompt and helps you with any question or need you may have. Overall, properties are maintained well, very prompt services, and great location.

I know this review is going to sound like it was paid for, but I promise you it is not! I've just had a great experience and want to share, because I've also experienced the bad buildings and landlords this city has to offer as far.

I have lived in their Bradley Place building for the last 7 years, and I am only moving out now because I was able to save and buy my first home! The landlord, Aaron, is the BEST and is always super accommodating and isn't one of those landlords that raises rent unnecessarily. I think my rent cost has only gone up roughly 20 dollars since I moved into the building in 2015, and has stayed under $1000 that entire time.

The studio units have a separate living room/bedroom area from the kitchen area, so it really feels like a convertible jr. one bedroom, and the best part, IT HAS A DISHWASHER! They have been making awesome modern upgrades to the building in the last couple of years too, like new lights and tile in the lobby area, and bathroom remodels with beautiful clawfoot tubs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to live close to bars, restaurants, and nightlife while still being on a quiet tree-lined side street.
