Jessica handled our email concerns regarding the portal and not understanding our payment info. She was quick with responding and explained in detail our billing and handled our future requests for submitting payments because we aren't online payment makers at all. My husband and I still use the statement tracking and mail in system to stay ahead and keep our paper trail. My community just switched over to Metropolitan and the transition was seamless! I worked with Jeanine and she was very friendly and helpful! I have worked with property management companies in Texas and in Tennessee. Metropolitan Properties has by far been the best of them. I live in a subdivision in Chattanooga TN and our property managers, Lexie Lloyd and Leslie Watkins are very responsive to homeowners with issues or just needing information. It is so nice to work with a company and people who know what service is supposed to be.

I have had occasion over the last couple of weeks to call customer service at MPM a few times (on different matters). Each call was answered promptly and I received EXCELLENT customer service. Jessica, Emily and Kelly all handled my questions and concerns on the first call. They were knowledgeable and pleasant ~~ genuinely helpful. Jessica even called me back when a transfer failed I was cut off. I have dealt with 5 or 6 management companies at my current home and Metropolitan is by far the best!

I have been working with Rich through email from the beginning when my wife and I moved here from Franklin TN. The pool was closed and dirty I asked if they would send a company out, they did BUT there is a sign on the gate before you walk in stating that it is not up to health standards in the state of TN. The ability to not have a open pool to lay out at or enjoy blows. I also put in a request for trees around the pool to be trimmed. I downloaded a application on my phone for the company and I can see their financial records for the year so at the end of Q4 I’ll reach out to see what money was spent where and how since we live here and pay for zero up keep. Our dog eats trash all the time from people not caring and it’s a true dump here.

For all that to say Rich has been a huge help when it comes to getting some things done. Most then others. There is a busted pipe a couple homes down and I sent a email to him and he is not over that complex at all but he took control of the situation and communicated and completed the task that needed to be done. If you live around country Drive Phase II. Email or submit these photos to Metro Water to get it fixed. And DO NOT STOP until it is completely. The best way to get through to someone is keeping calling or emailing them. They will get frustrated and listen to what you have to say in the end, just do not threaten a person. County Drive is a home for my family but this company could do a lot more for the people. Rich does more work then that whole office probably.
