Our search lasted almost a year and in that time I can say I looked at 30+ homes and whether it was an early morning, a late last minute, or a full slate she had planned for the day, Carolyn was with my family and I for all of it. I always felt excited and hopeful for the viewings she had planned as I knew they would be geared towards my wants, needs, or a creative angle she had that was always worth our time. Carolyn referred me to a lawyer and a mortgage loan officer that were both top notch, personable professionals who made the whole process run smoothly. I had what felt like unlimited access to her via text, email, or phone call whenever I had a question or a natural anxiety arose that comes with such a big decision and lengthy process.

I think this company is a scam. I met with a broker who seemed really nice, but I have tried several times to contact the office and it just rings. I tried calling several times throughout the day and nothing.

***UPDATE*** Joe, the broker contacted me the same day I expressed my concerns. He explained their office had recently moved and they lost their number and apologized for any inconvenience.
