From the initial phone call with receptionist and being transferred to sales I was immediately happy about the customer service. My salesperson, James Black, did not treat me like a sale but he treated me with respect and provided me the knowledge needed from start to finish. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very polite, smiled, catered to my needs and wants and I was very happy and proud to walk away having built a long time partnership with Mercedes Huntsville.

When you pick a brand like Mercedes you expect reliability and good service. I have taken my car three times for the same camera issue in the past six months and it still is not fixed. I left my car with them for a week and it is not ready yet. They said the part is on back order, but they failed to inform me that the car would not be ready. Good communication is key to good service. I hope I get my car back soon, need to get to work on Monday. I was without a car 8 days last time when I drop it off for a tire replacement less than two months ago.

Greg Horton was professional, friendly, and respectful of our time. The overall experience was straight forward, with zero pressure tactics from any department. I had an amazing sales experience with Brian Cantley. I bought from this dealership over a decade ago, but I moved out of state so it just didn’t make sense to keep buying from them. I recently moved back and my lease was ending so I called Brian and spoke to him about my situation and he was very helpful and patient over the phone. He walked me through different options and invited me to come look and test drive some cars. He wasn’t pushy and was very easy to talk to. Long story short I visited on the weekend after my initial call and I ended up leasing a new 2023 GLE350. Brian made the whole buying process easy and stress free. He didn’t try to push me towards something I didn’t want or need and he listened to me and what I wanted and what was important to me. I will absolutely be back to work with Brian once my lease is up and I will recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used car. I also want to shout out Genna the finance manager. She was awesome as well and so friendly. She also explained things in detail and made the contract part very quick, easy and painless. Buying/leasing a new car can be stressful, but not at Mercedes Benz of Huntsville with Brian and Genna!

This has been the best experience with purchasing a vehicle. Yesterday, Karson came outside and approached my vehicle, asking if I needed assistance, and how I was doing all with a smile. I explained to her that she has been the only person to greet me while I had been looking for a vehicle for the last few months. She even apologized and assured me that would not be the case in the future. This type of professionalism is the reason I returned today. From the beginning to the end of the process, nothing but excellence ✨️. Karson is knowledgeable about the inventory. She also listened to my needs and did not make feel less than. Zack explained to me about the approval process, and Charles sealed the signing of the paperwork. I even had cake and ice cream lol. They are the epitome of great service at the dealership.

This is my second car from the dealership and I have always been pleased with the service. Our first car was a GLE 350 and was a great car. Our recent purchase was a GLE 450. Dan Proctor was the salesman and there was no pressure and he showed us the cars and colors that we were interested in. Cindy is our contact in service department and has always been great. Jenna in finance was very easy to work with.
