Absolutely the worst property management team I ever dealt with.

I called multiple times, for information I needed to submit to my mortgage company for a refinance, only to be pushed around and not get the answer I need.

Emailing them is just as useless, I emailed them roughly 8x only to be ghosted. I had to email the president and then I finally got a bland answer.

When I tried to ask why this decision was made and just to have insight, ghosted.

I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one off situation, my neighbor has been trying to get her deck replaced since 08/2023 and they don’t respond.

This is the same company that is VERY quick to send you a fine for leaving a trash can out for more than a day.

This property management company doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave them.

If you can get this company to even respond to you for a measly request, you better go buy a lottery ticket cause it’ll be your lucky day.

Called for a work order on Monday. Have wasps getting inside my home. Called several times, left several voicemails, was told I would be called back. Now Thursday Afternoon and still no one has called back even though I called 12 times today alone. This is how someone is treated after never missing a payment for 4 years. Completely unprofessional. Still finding them in my house by the hour and no closer to a solution than 4 days ago.

In response since it won’t let me reply.

1. I am not married
2. No one spoke to me about anyone coming out.
3. Are you sure you have the correct house, this is part of the issue. No one seems to know what’s going on.

I had my phone calls returned in minutes after I left a message, they’ve been more than helpful and cooperative with every request I had. I’m beyond impressed with their work, their dedication, their customer service!
