I have used Melissa to buy and sell a home in the past, so when it came time to sell and buy again, there was no question who I was going to call. As always, Melissa was always there to assist and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly for me. She was very responsive whether it was early morning or late evening. She kept me posted on houses that were currently on the market or coming on the market. She was always available to show me houses when it was convenient for me, until I finally found the right house for me. Due to a time crunch at the end, Melissa was able to assist me in closing on my new house only 18 days after putting a contract on it. I highly recommend Melissa and would not hesitate to use her again if needed. Thank you for everything you did for me, Melissa.

Melissa was a referral from one of my new co-workers, as I was moving to Springfield from Washington, DC. She has been the best agent and point of contact that I've had in getting to know the area. I came with a preapproved loan but she introduced me to some of the local bankers and I was able to get a far better loan. Additionally, she was able to help me find great contractors to get work done to the house since I purchased. She answered any and all questions that I had and has followed up to see how things have been going since the move.
