Melissa DeSantis recently helped sell our home in Freehold. My husband and I relocated across the country, and left our brand new home solely in Melissa’s extremely capable hands. This was the sixth home that we have sold. I can honestly say that not only is she New Jersey’s BEST she is America’s BEST.
Melissa is personable, knowledgeable, and hard working, she was available each and EVERY time we needed her help.
During the sale of our Freehold home, the buyers agent continually dropped the ball, no client commitment at all. Melissa stepped up and did the work of 2 agents, also tending to the “buyers” needs to assure a smooth transaction.

The experience I had with my realtor Melissa DeSantis started October 2024 when we started to sell our home. Melissa is very professional and sharp in skills. She knows the market and knows what the customers want. She helped us to prepare our home for sale. It is hard to believe our home was only on the market for 4 days and we had eight or more offers. Melissa is a fantastic agent, and we would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to sell and/or buy a house. She is very knowledgeable and on top of things in this ever changing market. She supported us over the entire process of both selling and purchasing our home, and helped us (well really me!) maintain my composure because I was really anxious!
