After going back and forth to rent a house in forked river and after wasting 2 weeks of are time she sends a text to my realtor stating the landlord would like to hold off for a better person. I have all the txt message to prove all she did was give us a complete run around and take 80$ of my money. They asked for a co-signer. I provided that, then states it’s not good enough. I highly would recommend staying away from this place. Worst place and the worst staff I have had to deal with. They should be shut down. I’ll also be contacting the township to advise them what type of person she is doing business in this town.

Thieves...never do competent maintence..had a bathroom repair needed for over 2 years which they never repaired properly...I painted the place twice out my own pocket...and they never give any security money back...strictly a suck up sec.8 broker...

Please STAY AWAY from this company.. Having a roof over us, my daughter and myself was the only thing I was thinking when I reluctantly accepted the apartment 5 years ago. Even the realtor and case worker I was working with gave me there name at the last dead last step of my apartment shopping process. They have the worst word of mouth and professional opinion I've ever heard. Yet i was at end of line so it was my only option. From day one the office manager treated me like I was so beneath her and it just got worse. Sarcastic, degrading, rude, and DISHOUNEST. Entered my apartment unlawfully, blamed it on me, took most security deposit (fraudulently, ILLEGALLY) stole items from my apartment, threatened ME AND MINIMIZED any problem and made it my fault. Yhe owner had me doing my own maintenance work then charge me of my security depositwhen I moved. I should have listened to everyone. Now I have to seek monetary reimbursement through civil litigation. More money out of pocket. Trust me. Let them go under because they are close. Trust me and God bless all with loved ones or themselves in substandard inhabitable living situations.

They are a wonderful agency, they will fix things in a timely manner, and they will also work with you on rent payments. They worked with me for the 2 years that I rented a property from them if I could rent from them again I would love to.
