Thanks McGill Management and Renee for expedient action to resolve our issue. I was very impressed from the start. Renee responded to my email within minutes and sent me the portal. They contacted the vendor the same day and the issue was fixed in 2 working days (usual turnaround time is 10-12 business days). They demonstrated true customer care and service.

Very Poor communication with residents. Do not listen to residents so they respond with gibberish. You have to repeat questions/concerns.

I have been trying to find out why my assessment payment was returned. Payments went thru for October, November, December. Their bank returned without explanation the January payment.

How can I correct when I don't know what's wrong.

I keep a credit balance in my account because of poor bookkeeping but they keep saying I'm past due.

Worst management of HOA ever. I do not recommend living in an association that has McGill Management. They care more about flowers being placed outside than hallways inside that have holes in the walls, lightbulbs out, and disgusting smells. Then they’ll tell you your HOA is raising prices without a 30 day notice. If you complain about anything, you have to call multiple times to hear any kind of response. This place is a joke.

Horrible company!!!, when the management company refuses to make a phone call !! Trying to use the clubhouse March 1st. for my sons wedding shower. I called first in Nov. It's too soon for Chris to put it on his calendar.. He's too busy.. I call back in January, and I now understand work is to be done. Floors, paint and bathroom work.. Can you please call and find out if it will be finished by March 1st. No, just plan on it not being available!! Even though the material has been chosen and the contractor has the job. It's literally 2 months away.. and I'm told to go spend money somewhere else. Totally unexceptable. As I know how long it should take to do this project.. If they are starting sooner then later.. No, it's not available. I'm hung up on, when I ask to talk to someone else. Never any calls returend! Obviously they think we work for them!

I received feedback from the management company and I appreciate their quick response. So I changed my rating based on that. I will reach out to find out who to contact.

I'm extremely disappointed in this management company they continue to raise association fee, to the point of being more than the large homes surrounding our townhomes and the service never gets any better. They don't remove the snow if its less than two inches even when there is ice the least they could do is put salt down in the driveways and on the stairs. We have next to no yard because of a huge pine tree in the middle of it that kills the grass and they do nothing about it.
