Kelly and Steve are lovely people, and incredibly knowledgeable realtors! I can't recommend them and their team highly enough if you're looking to sell in the greater Chico area. From navigating pre-listing updates (which they had great advice and professional contacts for) to navigating offer review, inspections, negotiation and closing (three times!!), they were always responsive, professional and supportive. I may have been one of their toughest clients this year, unfortunately, as the sale of my Chico Charmer coincided with a tough wildfire season and bumpy interest rate environment. At every hurdle, Kelly had options, resources, and answers for me thanks to her extensive experience. At the end of the day, I got a fair price and the buyer's unique needs were also handled respectfully and competently, leading to a positive transaction for everyone. Kelly is a good listener, communicative, and always on top of the ball. Even though I had to move out of the area while the house was still on the market, I felt safe leaving the sale in her hands, and am so grateful to have had her representing me throughout this process. She was an excellent advocate for my interests, and I recommend her to anyone seeking a highly skilled seller's agent!

Both Steve and ESPECIALLY Kelly were EXTREMELY rude, pushy and super unhelpful.

I am a first time home buyer, and was looking to get some information and possibly view some homes in an area that I was thinking I’d like to settle down in. However, since I wasn’t sure if I wanted to use my own personal realtor or if I wanted to fully connect with Kelly and Steve, Kelly was super rude shut me down and basically said “well then I don’t wanna work with you anyway since you already have someone else in mind.” She made me feel very uncomfortable, they were constantly texting me and trying to call me even though I let them know I was unavailable or was in the car or etc.

I will NEVER recommend this group to ANYONE (especially not first time home buyers), as they seem very snotty and REFUSED to show us any properties at all because we told them we POSSIBLY wanted to use our relator from our home town that we already know... what JERKS!
