Mark was very detailed. Warning of us things and I really felt like my abs my fiancés best interest was at heart. I bought reinforcement with my father and a man who knew more about houses for my own protection as I’m a first time home buyers but Mark was so sweet and gentle with them as well as myself. He gave a full detail at the end and sent over the report that reiterated his findings. On top of it all he was relatable and made everyone feel welcomed as well as down to earth. Thank you Mark!

Highly recommended by my realtor, Mark completed two home inspections for me. First one fell through as I didn’t love the house enough to want to make any kind of repairs or replace the major appliances. On short notice, he was able to inspect the second home for me, which was cancelled due to an emergency on the sellers side, he had no issues getting me in for the next date I needed. I trust Mark completely- he is thorough and tells you what he's doing/looking for. He’ll answer any questions and makes himself easily accessible as in I can text him if I have a question. He’s super quick to respond and quickly but efficiently, finishes the reports and uploads it to the portal right away. I never want to go through the home buying process again, but if I do, Mark will be my first choice!
