Felipe is great. We moved in top of the year and despite it being the holidays and having several other move-ins to arrange he has been super present, responsive, and quick to fix any issues that have come up. We are grateful to have a property manager as willing to help as him!

Felipe is patient, clear, and calm. I appreciate his help and knowledge in helping me find the right tenants for this property. As soon as he and I made our agreement I was relieved and had more peace of mind. Very trustworthy and reliable. Shortly after the new tenants moved in there was a plumbing issue and Felipe was on top of everything and made it stress free and moved things along smoothly for everyone.
