Living at the Granville Apartments over the past 11 years has been wonderful. When we initially moved in we were awestruck by the amenities, grounds, and spacious units.

Maintenance is amazing! (S/O to Cruz) They been delightful, helpful, and clutch when it matters most. Can't say enough good things about those guys, especially my guy Cruz.

Management (or Julie at the time of writing) is super affable and responsive. Never hesitate to give her a call if you have a question, she'll even provide you with her personal number if you'd like.

And even further, upon joining the Granville community Guy Maxwell (the property owner) went out of his way to be available, attentive, and solution oriented if there were issues that demanded a resolution outside the chain of command by providing his personal number and acting in good faith with tenants.

The above and beyond level of hospitality and accommodation made living at Granville Apartments a joyfully smooth experience that I'll surely miss.

This is a top of the class property in Merced without a doubt.

I really enjoy living at the Granville apartments. The atmosphere has always been really nice and my apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The property manager is very sweet and always able to help us with anything that comes up. She's made living here a great experience. I would definitely recommend these apartments for a comfy and really nice place to live in Merced.

Her dedication, integrity, dependability, and overall professionalism have made my stay most memorable, especially during one of the most challenging times of my life. From all my military deployments and travels worldwide over the last 15 years, I can genuinely say this was the only place I could call my home. My little slice of heaven from my busy life. Understanding the importance of sustaining quality, value, and the needs of her tenants’ best interests, I always forward my rental recommendations to her office at Granville Luxury Apartments. And honestly, I would have extended my lease in a heartbeat if it wasn’t for me finishing my military career down south. I'm very thankful and blessed to lived here the last five years, and recommended others to consider my review for Granville of Merced.

This is by far one of my favorite places to have lived in merced so far. This company not only worked with me, they've always been really professional and reliable when it came to any issues. Larry has came to my place and got the job done in a very short time and I appreciate that! Lastly, I appreciate Angela and Susana as they are always so pleasant when I walk in the office! Beautiful apartments inside and out! The maintenance workers are friendly and helpful and management always responds quickly, often within an hour if not sooner. I would've stayed here longer if I didn't need to relocate for work!
