Matthew rode the roller coaster with my wife and I for our true dream home. We were referred to Matt from a friend who used him on a commercial transaction. The wife and I were hesitant to take him on since he is based out of Northern California, and we are in Southern California. Boy, am I glad I went with my gut and gave him a shot. The way Matt handled himself and the process, he could have been on he other side of the world and still would have hit a home run.

Togeher we hurdled cash offer issues, financing issues, closing issues, communication issues, etc. Anytime he was needed, he was on the next flight to handle business. Through all he ups and downs & when things appeared to be slipping away, Matt kept us positive, calm, and collective.
