One of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with trying to find a place to rent. I dealt with Michelle who was extremely unprofessional, slow, rude and just generally unpleasant to work with. Paid $70 to hand in applications that they sat on for 6 days. Never got a call back, called everyday to find out what was going on and got the runaround every time. "Oh my Manager is out today so you'll have to try back tomorrow." Hogwash. Finally I received news after my roommate had called several times that we did not receive the occupancy we had been waiting to hear back about because they had given it to somebody else. They continued to run ads on craigslist, after checking our credit scores (which were both more than suitable for the dump we were trying to rent waiting for a better offer to come along. When I called to ask for my application fee refund back I was laughed at and told there was no way. Michelle was conveniently out to lunch (at 10:30 am) and the rude lady I spoke with assured me she'd have Douchelle give me a call back when she returned to let me know about the application refund. 2 days later - still no call. Everybody do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this place. Unprofessional, rude, ugly and criminal. Not to mention the houses they show are all dumps. This business won't be around much longer.

These people are slumlords and thieves. We lived there for over 9 years and the first time we asked for some general upkeep, they sent us a termination of tenancy two days later. On top of that, they STOLE almost our entire deposit, charging us illegally for things like screen replacement and removing shelves in the garage and pavers in the backyard that had ALREADY BEEN THERE when we had first moved in.

STAY AWAY! These people cannot be trusted.
