We recently purchased two homes, one in Dove Mountain from Mattamy and one from Toll Brothers in Coeur d Alene. Having been involved in two purchases at the same time we have the unique experience of being able to compare the two companies. By far, Mattamy builds a much better quality home.

Not only is the quality of the construction superior to Toll Brothers, the sales process was more professional, with excellent follow- through, the warranty process was flawless, and the price we paid for the Mattamy home was a much better value comparing cost to quality.

The pride Mattamy takes in their construction is apparent from the beautiful quartz counter tops, gorgeous tile bathrooms, paver patios and driveway, and 8 foot doors.

We would definitely buy another Mattamy home.
