I am the President of my Townhouse Association board. For the last several years we have used the Matrix Property Management Group. They are wonderful, and competent to work with. They have contacts with many reliable contractors for snow removal, general matainence, and landscaping. Their staff handles our bookkeeping, bill paying, and deals with our unit owners on any issues that arise. When our board decided to contract with Matrix, it was the best decision we ever made. They are a wonderful group of very caring employees, and very easy to work with.

All of the employees at Matrix are super responsive with any issues that arise, including dealing with problems that happen after hours. They respond to emails and return calls very quickly. The building is always quite clean and well maintained, with staff frequently on site. They are knowledgable about the building and the residents, and they are always very pleasant and professional to deal with. It is really nice to live in a well-managed building.

Last year around this time our Board was looking to replace our Property Management for our HOA condo community and came across Matrix Property Mangement Group. Outstanding service that is responsive and exercised in a timely manner. Office staff is responsive when a call is made, information is gathered, and service is delivered.

I am especially pleased with the Matrix Staff's problem solving approach where the agent listen's first to the concern, and then seeks collaborative measures for seeking a remedy and results.

Wanted to share my pleasure with Erin from Matrix Property Management Group. I had a sprinkler system problem resulting from installation of a gas line. Been trying all summer to get it fixed to no avail. Last month when Erin got involved as our property manager it got fixed.
