We recently purchased a home built by Mastercraft Residential in Santee, CA. Community name is Walker Trails. Our experience buying one of these homes has been a disappointment. To this point the builder and team have lacked professionalism, responsiveness and integrity. "Included features" -some things not included and have never intended to be included (multi-zoned AC is one example- none of homes expect models built with it-yet continues to be advertised as included). We have significant workmanship concerns (holes in both showers, screws in garbage disposal, warped cabinets, poor paint jobs, lack of texture on walls, holes in walls, electrical issues, are just a few) and we are having a private inspector come out to assess the home. If things improve we will update. Otherwise I recommend proceeding with both caution and consider hiring a real estate attorney.

MasterCraft Residential are true Masters! I highly recommend them. The quality is excellent! I could not be happier with my new home they built!
