Masako was so great to work with. She helped us find an apartment when we were struggling to find a place a few years ago; she secured a place for us with just a few quick phone calls at no cost. So, when it came time for us to sell our family property and to find a forever home, it was a no brainer that we wanted her help again. Let me tell you. She was amazing. I so appreciated her being the key to communication amongst my family members who live in different countries and speak only Japanese or only English. I’ve always been the one to have to be the middle man, translating for my family members, but this time, she coordinated Zoom/in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, texts, and etc. despite time differences so beautifully with each and one of us that I didn’t have to work so hard. She was always approachable, prompt, thorough, considerate, hardworking and everything I wished in a real estate agent or a person in general. Her husband Dan was also very helpful in arranging a painter for my new home. I honestly recommend her to everyone and I am sure I will be enlisting her help in the future again.
