We have leased 2 buildings with Martin Commercial Group, one on 9th Street in Upland and one on Durahart Avenue in Riverside. Both buildings were turned over to us clean, well kept and everything in working order. The Riverside office staff was always professional and responded to our requests in a timely manner. We were extremely satisfied with the maintenance/upkeep of their buildings and their professional staff. I have been renting comericial buildings for 27 years and I am most satified Martin Commercial Group. I am currently leasing 2 buildings and I have been here for 8 years . Im a fair person I when to rent a place from them and Erin and I agree on the number and we move forward.. I buy equipment, buy stuff for the office and when to City Hall to get my resale permit. I get a phone call when i was at city hall to tell me that the owner did not wanted to lease to a start up company. I said that is ok. After they look at my credit and see my plan said everything was ok and after one week call me back after I spend thousand of dollar . just to tell me owner dont wanted to lease to start up company
