Martha FAR exceeded both mine & my husband’s expectation when it came to selling our Home of 23 years. Martha was a GREAT help. She owned each activity in getting our home ready for sale and in the sales process. She put up her own money and labor, including drawing in her friends to help move furniture! I was very impressed with her sales strategy, as well. The sale of our home was such a positive experience mainly due to our agent, Martha Haecherl. She was fully knowledgeable on all things “real estate” including staging the house with her interior design talents. She watched out for our best interests at all times and gave us strong advice that proved to be beneficial to a smooth sale of our home. Our first offer was within 12 hours on the market and within days, we had a choice of six offers, several over our asking price. Martha was highly responsive to our questions or concerns – ALWAYS answering her phone or text messages. It felt like she was available 24-7 for us! When a title hiccup occurred 10 days before closing, we panicked it would delay our escrow closing. Martha immediately started making calls and within an hour had it all straightened out! She has a positive energy and really cares about her clients – customer-focused! We highly recommend her!
